ABOUT US
Why Systems, Not Hours
So I built the opposite.
I build operational systems around specific, recurring problems. We start with your existing data, run the workflow, and surface what needs attention. Once it proves its value, it can be automated inside your existing tools.
Having personally operated across account management, SaaS, EOR, MSP/VMS programs and direct sourcing, I don't build theoretical processes. I focus on problems I understand and systems designed to solve them.
I don’t sell advice.
Over 20 years across workforce solutions, SaaS, EOR, and customer success, I kept watching the exact same pattern: growing companies buying consultants' hours, only to end up with recommendations instead of results.
COMMON QUESTIONS
-
I work with growing SaaS companies, HR technology providers, staffing firms, and workforce organizations — companies scaling faster than their internal systems can keep up.
-
Not at all. Many operational improvements start with simplifying what's already there. I bring in AI only where it creates measurable value — not because it's available.
-
Yes — every install is built around your existing CRM, ATS, HRIS, or CS platform rather than replacing it.
-
We start with the system that matches your challenge. You provide the required data, I run the workflow and validate the results, and you receive prioritized findings and next steps. If the system proves valuable, we can then automate it for ongoing use.
-
Clear findings, prioritized next steps, and less manual work. Depending on the system, that could mean earlier customer-risk visibility, faster candidate screening, or identifying potential workforce revenue leakage.
